Burnout is more than just feeling tired — it's a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged stress. In today's world, where work and life demands often blur together, it's no surprise that many of us experience this overwhelming state. The good news? Burnout can be addressed, and balance can be restored with mindful practices.
Our Guided Group Meditation for Women is crafted to help you regain peace and balance by helping you to let go of things that are holding you back in order to create room for more positive in your mind and life.
In this group session, you'll come with two things in mind that you'd like to release (Don't worry -- you can keep them to yourself). This will create more space for good things to come to you.
The experience
What to Expect
During the meditation, your only job is to allow yourself to relax -- you'll be led through an easy, progressive relaxation technique to release each of your body’s muscle groups one by one. This is followed with a guided visualization to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level.
What to Bring
Please dress comfortably and bring a mat to lay on. You may also want to bring a pillow and/or blanket. Some enjoy wearing a sleep/eye mask.

Welcome! I've been a long-time student of self improvement, and I am trained and certified in various self-improvement modalities including NLP, metaphysics and hypnosis. I prefer methods that are somewhat easy and straight forward. I discovered meditation and hypnosis over a decade ago as a client when I was experiencing my own 'bumps in the road'. It changed my life, and I enjoy helping other women change their lives for the better.
I wrote my thesis for a Master's degree in Metaphysics on the topic of resilience, and I'm currently working on my dissertation for a Ph.D.
